David Carr, owner of McGuire’s Hearing and Audiological Services, recently concluded a promotion in which McGuires donated telephone calling cards to troop members of Westhampton’s 106th Air National Wing each time a hearing device was sold in one of his 5 offices.
“Every day, we treat people who benefit from hearing anew the voices of their loved ones. ‘Operation I Hear You’ is really an extension of our philosophy that hearing the voices of those you love is essential, ” noted Carr.
McGuire’s was able to contact the “Friends of the 106th”, a local civilian organization dedicated to supporting troops and their families, which helped the company to donate more than 100 telephone calling cards to the 106th.
